Overview

Course Description

This course looks at equipping Pharmacists with excellent qualities to improve their performance in the different fields of Pharmacy. This will also help them increase productivity and in-turn, help their staff perform to the best of their abilities.

• Use Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) processes to improve Pharmacy practice in whichever area they find themselves
