Mangesh Khond is a seasoned professional in product life cycle management, supply chain, and project management with extensive experience across leading pharmaceutical organizations. He has contributed to diverse functions including production coordination, contract manufacturing, quality assurance, technology transfer, product launches, and lifecycle management. His career spans responsibilities in managing third-party manufacturing, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, developing alternate vendors, and supporting strategic decisions for domestic and global markets. Over the years, he has played a pivotal role in optimizing supply performance, reducing risks of sales loss, and driving continuous improvements in quality and efficiency.

His expertise covers transition management, product launch planning, and team management, enabling him to handle complex cross-functional projects effectively. He has been involved in operational oversight across multiple manufacturing locations, managing end-to-end activities from planning and production to audits and market complaint investigations.
