Dr. Dennis Adu-Gyasi holds a distinguished position as the Deputy Chief Medical Laboratory Scientist and Research Fellow at the Kintampo Health Research Centre (KHRC). His extensive educational background includes a Certificate in Health Administration and Management from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), Accra, and a PhD in Immunology from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana. Additionally, he has obtained a Master's in Infectious Disease from the University of London/London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, UK, among other certifications in health-related fields.

As a seasoned professional, Dr. Adu-Gyasi currently serves as the acting Laboratory Manager at the Seth Owusu-Agyei Medical Laboratory, Kintampo Health Research Center, Brong Ahafo, Ghana. In this capacity, he provides invaluable expertise in laboratory systems strengthening, diagnostic capacity, facilitation, training, and staff capacity building. His contributions extend to consultancy services and advice on quality assurance, as well as the development and review of policy and program guidelines for the Government of Ghana through reputable organizations such as the Ghana Health Service and the Ghana Association of Medical Laboratory Scientists.

Dr. Adu-Gyasi's skills and competencies encompass a wide range of areas, with notable proficiency in project management and grants. His leadership role in managing a substantial research grant of $530,000 at the Kintampo Health Research Centre exemplifies his capability.
