Dr. Allen Steele-Dadzie is a highly accomplished medical professional with extensive expertise in family medicine, garnered through years of rigorous education, training, and practical experience. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Medical Science from the University of Ghana Medical School, Korle-Bu, graduating shortly thereafter. Subsequently, he obtained his MBChB from the same institution, solidifying his medical acumen. Demonstrating his commitment to professional development, he became a member of both the West African College of Physicians and the Ghana College of Physicians in Family Medicine. He achieved fellowship status from the Ghana College of Physicians in Family Medicine, a testament to his dedication to excellence in his field.

Dr. Steele-Dadzie's quest for proficiency led him to pursue specialized training globally. He acquired a Diploma in Echocardiography from the Medical University of Vienna, Austria, followed by advanced certifications in Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support from the American Heart Association. He also completed a Diploma in Advanced Echocardiography from the Medical University of Vienna, Austria, further enhancing his diagnostic skills. Additionally, he earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Respiratory Medicine from the University of South Wales, enriching his understanding of pulmonary health.

Currently, Dr. Steele-Dadzie serves as a Senior Specialist in Family Medicine at the Polyclinic Department of Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital, where he also holds the role of Training and Research Coordinator. Additionally, he acts as the Clinician-in-charge of the Family Medicine/Polyclinic Theatre, showcasing his leadership abilities and clinical proficiency. Furthermore, he assumes the responsibility of Training Coordinator for the Family Medicine Residency program at Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital, contributing significantly to the education and training of future medical practitioners.

Throughout his career, Dr. Steele-Dadzie has made substantial contributions to medical research, education, and public health initiatives. He has authored asthma guidelines, established an asthma clinic, and conducted numerous workshops and training sessions on asthma management. His expertise extends to cardiovascular diseases, evidenced by his involvement in the Ghana Heart Initiative and his participation as a resource person in national workshops.

Dr. Steele-Dadzie's dedication to improving healthcare extends beyond clinical practice. He actively engages in public education, leveraging various platforms to raise awareness about asthma and other respiratory conditions. Moreover, he shares his knowledge and insights internationally, presenting at prestigious conferences and symposiums.
