Summary

On March 30, 2023, we hosted the 1st Annual Health & Development Forum at the British Council Auditorium. The event, themed "Teamwork for Better Healthcare and Sustainable Development," successfully brought together stakeholders to discuss the critical role of teamwork in healthcare. Following the forum's success, it was decided that subsequent sessions would be essential to continue these discussions, focusing on implementing and promoting teamwork among health professionals for improved healthcare outcomes globally.

We are pleased to announce the 2nd Annual Health & Development Forum, scheduled for Monday, October 7, from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm at the British Council Auditorium, Accra, Ghana.

OBJECTIVES OF THE FORUM:

  1. To explore effective strategies for teaching teamwork in healthcare.
  2. To develop methods for promoting teamwork within the health sector.
  3. To establish practices that ensure the entrenchment of teamwork among health professionals.
